The skills you must develop for a language are not as easy as you might think, but they are necessary if you want to understand the language you are studying.
To begin with, since the beginning, I have been struggling with writing and listening. Perhaps, these skills are the hardest for me; writing is the worst enemy. However, I have to deal with it to achieve the level that is required to graduate from college. Furthermore, I have been practicing writing for four courses, and I still do not know how to write correctly. By the way, I consider my writing is better; my sentences were horrible, and you could not comprehend anything; now they are good, though.
On one hand, I promised my teacher I would work harder to amend my texts, but I have not gotten it. So, In this final course, I promise I will change my habit; and write as much as I can to finally reach my goal, of writing nicely.
On the other hand, listening is not as hard as writing, at least for me. So, I should not have issues with it, but I get distracted easily; I do not pay attention to my tasks that are related to listening. However, I often am exposed to the language by listening to music, videos, video games, and so on, but that does not mean I always pay attention or that I catch the information on the first try.
In summary, I must act right now to finally reach my goal of writing well.
